The Job:
Join the Broadcast Operations team and gain experience across media management, content ingest, scheduling, quality control, media asset management and metadata, on-air presentation, master control and even technical services.
 
Typically, these roles require a Media Operator with attention to detail, initiative, an ability to work methodically through assigned tasks and strong communication skills to deal with other departments, often in real-time live situations.
 
 
What we need:
We’re looking for recent graduates of media or TV-related disciplines, keen to gain experience and apply their knowledge in a state-of-the-art, professional TV broadcast environment. Hands-on work experience is great, but if you’re looking for your first break into the industry then we also encourage you to apply.
 
Broadcasting is a 24-hour business and as such most Media Operations functions require staff to work varied hours across a 24/7 shift roster.

We need:
  • Demonstrated career aspirations in media TV operations.
  • Exposure to media operations via study or work experience. 
  • Attention to detail, methodical and responsive.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and activities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work to a 24/7 shift roster.
